Premium inox 316 marine mechanism – 20 Years Proven

The inox 316 marine reverse-loading trigger mechanism has been used by Blue Green for over 20 years across all our premium spearguns (carbon & wooden), excluding the conventional models line. It is not something new — it is a time-proven mechanism, continuously refined with small upgrades and improvements throughout the years, remaining top-level in durability, power transmission and trigger feel. With its extended length and high leverage ratio, it delivers maximum power without making the trigger heavy or stiff.

2026 Upgrades (Upgraded Edition)

• New Head Rollers (Heavy Duty): each roller now features 2 stainless steel bearings (instead of 1), packed with marine grease for smoother rolling, reduced friction and maximum sea-use durability.
• Heavy Duty Nano Blocks: the nano blocks have been upgraded and equipped with stainless steel bearings with marine grease — a rare spec, especially for saltwater applications.
• New design on tension hooks & rear rubber attachment points: improved rubber spread, better load distribution and cleaner operation of the inverted polyspast system.
• Buoyancy tuning: 2 dedicated weight slots for precise balancing depending on shaft/rubber setup. The slots are covered with carbon caps for protection and premium aesthetics.
• Carbon reinforced bottom: the bottom side of the gun is carbon coated for increased resistance to impacts/friction and improved structural protection.
• Optional ceramic bearings upgrade: stainless bearings can be replaced with ceramic bearings (optional upgrade).
